Donor reports onset of rash and itching at the injection site on 02/02/2026 in the morning. Rash measured approximately 3 cm x 2 cm localized around the right deltoid injection site as per donor statement. Donor reports that symptoms resolved on 02/04/2026 without further complications. No additional symptoms reported.
