Patient woke up Monday morning (day after getting vaccine) weak and feeling under the weather kind of situation. Had difficulty getting up the stairs in the house and fell down and passed out when reached up the stairs. Was taken to hospital. Blood pressure was down all week. Symptoms resolved by Friday that week
