Friday 2/13/26 doesn't remember when rash started but was tired and achy. Saturday 2/14/26 small rash started half-dollar size. Felt tired and achy. Slept all day Saturday not sure if she had a fever but did feel warm, and then 12 hours Saturday night. On Sunday 2/15/26 woke up at 10 AM. got up ate cereal and stomach started hurting wne to bathroom and fell asleep. awok and noticed larger size rash 4 inches by 2 inches red rash. Not streaking red. No fever, As of 4 pm 2/15/26 circled rash with a marker and is feeling better but will monitor the size of the rash. Rash is a little itchy. Doesn't feel it is necesary go to the ER yet but will monitor if rash spread or has trouble breathing or hives over body. Will rheumatologist monday morning 8 AM

Scheduled vaccines before her next infliximab dose. Fluoxetine 40 mg 2 caps QD, Oxybutynin ER 10 mg HS, Esomeprazole 40 mg BID, Lurasidone 20 mg 0.5 tab HS , Vitamin D 1.25mg once per week. After vaccination she has been taking ibuprofen
macrolide allergy and reaction rash, bad hives, trouble breathing and was put in hospital . Flu shot preservative reaction (little round red spot, itching localized) in the past so always gets preservative free shots for flu
