Symptom narrative

Patient let me know she's had arm pain since receiving this vaccine. She describes as radiating from her neck all the way to her fingers. She says she can't move her arm normally without pain ever since receiving this vaccine. There is no visible marks or damage in the deltoid region. She showed me two red marks on the left anterior shoulder region that she associates as appearing with timing of the vaccine.

high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, high blood pressure.

Venlafaxine 25mg. propranolol 20mg. rosuvastatin 20mg. levothyroxine 75mcg. lisinopril-hctz 20-12.5mg. cyanocobalamin 1000mcg/ml. gabapentin 300mg.
