02/14/2026 ? Patient Encounter Patient presented to the pharmacy reporting redness, pain, warmth to touch at the injection site (right arm), fever, night sweats, and flu-like symptoms following administration of Twinrix and Capvaxive. Patient reported taking acetaminophen (Tylenol), ibuprofen, and an antihistamine with no improvement in symptoms. Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) was recommended on 02/14/2026 for bedtime use. 02/15/2026- Follow-up Call: Contacted patient for follow-up. Patient reported no improvement in symptoms and stated she planned to take diphenhydramine again that evening. Patient was advised to seek immediate medical evaluation at the hospital/urgent care for proper assessment due to persistent symptoms including fever and systemic complaints. Patient stated she would go to the hospital after work on 02/16/2026 if symptoms did not improve. Patient verbalized understanding of recommendations.
