Please note, type of flu vaccine and type of TDAP does not show in encounter records I can see. Muscle pain prevented sleep for 3 days. Missed 5 days working with fasting blood glucose of 145 to 160 each day. even small meals with zero to 10 net carbs causing spikes to 225 or higher.
