Symptom narrative

Had tetanus shot on Friday Jan 30. Woke up Saturday morning, Jan 31 and noticed entire arm hurt. Sunday, Feb 1 could not lift arm was in terrible pain. Called Urgent Care, they gave me the shot, they told me to see my primary care physician. Went to my primary care on Tuesday, Feb 2. Doctor said she thought I had Bursitis from the tetanus shot because it went in wrong. Told me to continue on Nsaid , Tylenol and to return in two weeks for a follow up. I called and got in on Feb 9. In doctors' assessment, she mentioned that she suspects SIRVA. She put me on Prednisone for 10-days. Following up Feb 16th. This is day 16 and I have had excruciating pain, weakness, limited motion. Unable to sleep at night as the evening, night and mornings are the worst. Icing a lot and resting arm.
