Symptom narrative

only half of the dose was administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of accidental underdose in a 65-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number B4LM4, expiry date 26-AUG-2027) for prophylaxis. On 10-FEB-2026, the patient received Shingrix. On 10-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced accidental underdose (Verbatim: only half of the dose was administered). The outcome of the accidental underdose was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 11-FEB-2026 The pharmacist reported that during administration of Shingrix a patient moved and jumped. As result of these actions only half of the dose was administered. The pharmacist asked if they should administer another dose to the patient.
