On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced pain (Verbatim: most hurtful vaccine). The patient reported that seeing a friend with shingles made the patient to request the shingles vaccine shot. The patient stated that it was the most hurtful vaccine he/she had ever received but understood that having shingles would have been much worse, and therefore still recommended the vaccine. The patient also mentioned needing a Covid booster. The patient had given away the last Covid test the yesterday and planned to go to receive the booster, pick up a couple of Covid boxes for the kids, and obtain a new box for personal use. The patient noted that this served as a good reminder to stay up to date with vaccines in general. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
