patient received only the liquid portion of the Penmenvy vaccine; Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 14-year-old male patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) (batch number 5S723) for prophylaxis. On 11-FEB-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 11-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: patient received only the liquid portion of the Penmenvy vaccine) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered).
