On an unknown date, the patient received Kinrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: gave that shot of Kinrix to a patient under 4 years of age). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 09-FEB-2026 The physician reported that last year a coworker stated she was worried she gave that shot of Kinrix to a patient under 4 years of age. He was in a rural area and many patients behind on their shots and they were trying to get them caught up and limit the number of shots the patients receive. He clarified he had been here in his role since 2016, and he stated he might see 1 patient a year where a patient under 4 years of age received Kinrix. When asked if there was interchange between Kinrix and other non-GSK vaccines as a follow up to earlier conversation regarding use of KINRIX, physician stated they give the vaccines that VFC sends them, what government pays for. They did not pick and choose since these are not private patients. The reporter consented to follow up. No further details available.
