THYROID CANCER; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of thyroid gland cancer in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included shingles. The patient received Shingles vaccine and after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced thyroid gland cancer (Verbatim: THYROID CANCER) (serious criteria GSK medically significant). The outcome of the thyroid gland cancer was not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the thyroid gland cancer to be related to Shingles vaccine. The company considered the thyroid gland cancer to be unrelated to Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK Receipt date: 11-FEB-2026. This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The patient had stated that castor oil mixed with DMSO would have taken care of shingles naturally. The patient had got thyroid cancer after the shingles shots. The patient has not recommended the vaccine at all.
