Menveo Maladministration of Only the Diluent Component; Menveo Maladministration of Only the Diluent Component; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 18-year-old male patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number AMVB094A, expiry date 30-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. On 16-JAN-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Menveo. On 16-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Menveo Maladministration of Only the Diluent Component) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Menveo Maladministration of Only the Diluent Component). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 12-FEB-2026 The nurse reported that on 16-JAN-2026, a male patient received one dose of Menveo 2 vials presentation. Patient had received diluent only without powder. Patient was fine and today was coming back to the office.
