Confirmed no symptomatic adverse events.; The PROQUAD expired on 3-FEB-2026 and was administered on 5-FEB-2026.; This spontaneous report was received from an other health professional and refers to a 4-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 05-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD), Powder and solvent for solution for injection, (lot #Y013572, expiration date: 03-Feb-2026) 0.5 mL, total (reported as once) as prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (lot #2173887, expiration date: 02 Aug 2027) (Expired product administered). The reporter confirmed no symptomatic adverse events and no temperature excursion for this product.
