Symptom narrative

Mother reports he has been fatigued sinde receiving the vaccines. He is still waking and eating (though eating less) and drinking. He wants to sleep more than normal. No fever. Patient will be traveling to a high risk country so some vaccines are not standard, but were given for travel protection.

Current illness

suspect he has mosquito allergy/skeeter syndrome. this is why triamconolone was rx
