Symptom narrative

Soreness of right arm . Slowly got worse. Range of Motion started getting worse and moved into the upper right side of neck/back causing stiffness. Started having numbness of the right arm. Started about 2 weeks after the flu shot was given. Has tried ice/heat. Unable to move arm fully.

Lab data

Got a right upper extremity Xray. Started a steroid taper and also started physical therapy.
