Symptom narrative

The patient stated that her left arm began to bruise a few hours after injection. The bruise eventually spread to most of her upper arm, and she had pain upon lifting or using her arm. The bruise did subside over the next few weeks, but she states she has residual itching across her entire body. She stated that this was something she was dealing with before the injection, but has become more intense after the injections. She received a short course of a prednisone prescription for it.
