Symptom narrative

Patient received COVID vaccine and within 3 to 4 hours experienced dizziness and some trouble breathing which lasted for several days. Patient had visit with provider who advised patient to not get any further COVID doses and to wait for side effects to resolve on their own. Had no issue with COMIRNATY 12+ (COVID) 23-24 SDV which was administered the year before.
