Symptom narrative

Pt noticed bilateral ankle edema at 10:30 P.M. the night of the vaccine. Pt took Lasix 20mg and went to sleep. When Pt woke up the swelling had improved. No other issues. Pt did not have any issues with first dose of Shingrix on 08/08/2025
