Symptom narrative

Pain, redness, warm to touch and swelling at injection site of RIGHT thigh. Swelling app size of base ball on RIGHT thigh. Small amount of redness on LEFT thigh. Difficulties bearing weight on RIGHT leg. Mom reported tactile temperature. Pt was taken to ER where antibiotic was given to treat infection.
