Symptom narrative

Pt reports experiencing red face, fever, chills, sweats, headache, left arm pain, nausea and irritability. Symptoms caused the patient to present to local Emergency Department, Local ED could not find cause of symptoms, patient believes it came as a result of the immunizations given to him earlier that day.
