Symptom narrative

Child was in the ER over the weekend because her injection site of one of the vaccines started swelling at a rapid rate. We have been consistently doing ice on and off all day yesterday and it still got slightly bigger and seems like the swelling is going down her arm too. I?m not sure what to do here?s a picture of her arm now for reference from the picture from Saturday. I drew a new line yesterday morning as well since the other came off. Arm was Super red upper arm, swelling, bumpy, itchiness, pain, and warmth in the area reports per mother.
