reported that her son "passed out" after receiving a dose of GARDASIL 9.; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse Practitioner and refers to a 11-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (dose, frequency, anatomical site, route of administration, lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient passed out after receiving a dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9) (loss of consciousness). At the reporting time, the outcome of the event was not provided. The causal relationship between the event loss of consciousness and Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) was not reported. Upon internal review, the event loss of consciousness was determined to be medically significant.
