Symptom narrative

Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Medium, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient stated she is having pins and needles in hands and feet, and her legs are burning. She stated she is having trouble with sensation in her bladder. Stated symptoms are not always present, that they come and go. She followed up with her PCP who did blood work and stated she was fine. She also went to the ER 2/6/26, no real conclusion. Was told potentially GBS or EBV but referred to neurologist for further eval.
