Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Systemic: Joint Pain-Mild, Additional Details: patient has a large red itchy rash around the injection site. patient said that it is hot to touch and stiff in shoulder joint. it did not appear raised, but some swelling present.
