Symptom narrative

Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Systemic: Joint Pain-Medium, Additional Details: Patient also got an MRI to rule out any issues of rotator cuff injury or any issues of bursitis. Documenting for initial notification. The rash on the face resolved in a week and general unwell feeling resolved in 2 days after injection.
