Symptom narrative

Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Pt called the pharmacy to say that she got a vaccine a couple weeks ago and has not been able to lift her right arm. She said when the pharmacist gave the vaccine, she felt that he didn't give it in the correct spot. She stated that she is usually sore for a day or 2, but it has now been over that time period and can't lift her arm to normal daily activities. She said she will see her dr tomorrow regarding this
