Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Confusion-Mild, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Additional Details: PATIENT LOST CONSCIENCE SHORTLY AFTER ADMINASTRATION. PATIENT WAS UPRIGHT WITH EYES OPEN BUT WOULD NOT RESOND TO STIMULI AND WAS SWEATING. 911 CALLED. PATIENT REGAINED CONSCIENCE AND EXAMED BY PARAMEDICS AND DECLINDED FURTER CARE
