Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: after receiving the vaccine the patient loss conscious with his head impacting against the floor. the pharmacist on duty rushed over to check on the patient status and at that point the patient regained consciousness, was alert and able to answer questions. EMS was called and arrived to check on the patient. pt did not inquire anything future with us at the point. pt left with paramedics.
