Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Diarrhea-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fever-Mild, Systemic: Weakness-Mild, Additional Details: patient states that she received a shingles shot on 02/12/26. she then later started to feel "bad" when she returned home. "bad" interpreted as stomach upset, diarrhea, weakness, feeling like fainting. she states that her arm was stiff and a red sploth was at the spot where she got the shot. Patient came to the store and I was going to look at her arm when she got "sick again". Her arm did have a red splotch, not raised. it was about 2 inches long and it was about 1.5 inches lower than target.
