Symptom narrative

Seen for wellness at 2 month visit 4/12/23, noticed extremely jaundiced, labs ordered. Patient sent to hospital for admission at this time. Surgery done at hospital for biliary atresia, intraoperative cholangiogram, liver biopsy, and Kasai procedure. Followed closely by hospitals. Currently waiting for liver transplant
