No information was provided regarding the patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, drug reactions or allergies and concomitant medication. On 29-Jan-2026, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine Solution for injection (CAPEPXIVE) for prophylaxis (dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot number and expiration date were not reported). On that date, the patient experienced that his arm was sore for 3 days (Vaccination site pain), and he had redness by injection site (Vaccination site erythema). Now the whole side of his arm is red and warm to the touch, and now the rash appears to be traveling down arm (Vaccination site warmth and Vaccination site rash).
