The vaccine expired on 2/9/2026; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 2-month-old female patient who received DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) (batch number 77J49, expiry date 09-FEB-2026) for prophylaxis. On 13-FEB-2026, the patient received Pediarix.
