The patient's relevant medical history included: "high blood pressure" (ongoing), notes: she started Valsartan 2 years ago because she had trouble with her blood pressure for a while; "Fibromyalgia", start date: 2018 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: She is still on medication for that; "barrats esophagus" (unspecified if ongoing); "pneumonia", start date: 2025 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: she had pneumonia last year; "allergies penicillin" (unspecified if ongoing); "allergies lavender" (unspecified if ongoing); "allergies mineral oil" (unspecified if ongoing); "bronchial asthma" (unspecified if ongoing).
