Vaccine administered at 0930, and staff walked out of room. 0932- Dad came out and stated they needed someone to come check childs left foot, that there was discoloration noted (Dad stated foot was purple/red in color). 0934- MD was in another room, FNP went and checked childs foot. Upon inspection bottom of left foot appeared red, but was actively resolving. No other symptoms noted. 0940- MD went into exam room and reaction had cleared, left foot was back to normal color. MD discussed with parents that VARERS would be submitted and advised to call office if any symtoms should arise.
