Symptom narrative

Patient reports swelling and redness to Right leg near injection site that got worse for several days. They gave tylenol and iced the area. Patient also has had cough/congestion, fever and vomiting since immunizations. Was seen today and negative for all testing. Deemed a reaction to immunizations.
