Patient Had A Dose of Heplisav-B on 11/18/2025, and Then A Pediatric Dose of Engerix on 1/30/2025; Initial report received on 02-Feb-2026. A nurse reported that a 31-year-old female patient (race, ethnicity not provided) received the first dose of HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization and received a a pediatric dose of ENGERIX-B more than two months later. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. On 18-Nov-2025, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (lot #946907, expiration date 23-Nov-2027, and NDC number route and site not reported). 30-Jan-2026, 73 days after having been vaccinated with HEPLISAV-B, the patient received a pediatric dose of a hepatitis B vaccine [ENGERIX-B (no details provided)]. The patient had no other side effects. No other information was available.
