Symptom narrative

Mom called health department, to report that the child has a rash at the face, stomach and back only. Noticed the rash after taking the child a bath. Reports she only gave the child Tylenol for fussiness, not running a fever. Parent denies the child having any adverse reaction with previous vaccinations. Advised the parent to seek emergency/urgent medical attention immediately for worsening symptoms and to call the child's medical provider.
