2 days after receiving vaccines patient developed vomiting and bloody stool and fever to 101, fever was gone after 1 dose of Tylenol, he continued to have 1-2 large episodes of NB/NB vomiting with small spit ups x 48 hr, Had bright red blood and mucus in stools x 24 hr from 2/13/26-2/14/26, was seen in [name withheld] Hospital ED on night of 2/13/26 due to visible blood in stools and sent home with only physical exam, no intervention, he cont'd to have poor appetite and on Mon 2/16/25 family called office and we changed to Nutramigen formula suspecting cows milk protein allergy, on Tues 2/17/26 his appetite was slowly improving with no more vomiting or blood noted in stools and he was seen in office. Was well appearing but weight was unchanged from visit on 2/11/26. He was referred to allergist and has appt on 2/19/26.
