Symptom narrative

Patient received both flu and covid 19 vaccines in the left deltoid muscle 1 inch apart. After 5 to 10 minutes patient appeared stiff and unconscious. His mother patted his face and he began to regain consciousness making several jerky movements. He was given a bottle of water and an ambulance was called. He appeared very pale and lips had no color. He was clammy after regaining consciousness and very weak and stated feeling shaky. He also stated that he hadn't eaten anything all day before coming in for his vaccinations.
