Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

that a patient received 1st Shingrix dose back in June 2025, patient never got the 2nd dose.; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received in JUN-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: that a patient received 1st Shingrix dose back in June 2025, patient never got the 2nd dose.).
