Symptom narrative

Post immunization, donor was observed having an unstable gait trying to reach a chair. Donor complained of lightheadedness and fatigue. Facial pallor and sweating were observed while the donor was seating. Donor then had a loss of consciousness with loss of bladder control. Vital signs taken were taken every 10 minutes and were within normal ranges (BP 108/77, Pulse 76; BP 110/75, Pulse 77 and BPC 109/82, Pusle 77).
