dizziness; she has had incredible fatigue today/ felt weakness in her muscles/She said she did not have the energy to walk her dog/Irritability; Patient said she also fell to the floor about 3 times today; had a really hard time getting up; severe pain in her left arm/She said its currently tender in about a 2 inch round circle at the injection site when she touches it. but last night it was hurting on its own even when she didn't touch it./She said it's like a deep ache/pain; This spontaneous report was received from a 73-year-old Female patient. The patient's medical history included heart failure. The patient's concurrent condition included Sulfa and quinolones allergy. The patient's historical drugs included sulfanilamide (SULFA) and quinolones. The patient's concomitant medication spironolactone (SPIRONOLACTONE DC), bisoprolol fumarate (BISOPROLOL), empagliflozin (JARDIANCE), acetylsalicylic acid (BABY ASPIRIN), duloxetine hydrochloride (CYMBALTA) (patient also stated she is trying to wean off of Cymbalta due to too many side effects as well [details not provided]), and lisinopril dihydrate (LISINOPRIL). On 09-Feb-2026 at 1:30 pm, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine Solution for injection (CAPVAXIVE) as prophylaxis (dose, lot number, expiry date, and anatomical site were not provided; route of administration was reported as injection). The patient experienced a currently tender in about a 2 inch round circle at the injection site when she touched it, but last night (09-Feb-2026) it was hurting on its own even when she didn't touch it (Vaccination site pain). In addition, on 10-Feb-2026 (reported as this morning), the pain in her left arm was severe, like a deep ache/pain (considered as the same pain that started on 09-Feb-2026). On 10-Feb-2026 (reported as today), she had incredible fatigue, she did not have the energy to walk her dog, felt weakness in her muscles and developed irritability (Fatigue). On 10-Feb-2026, the patient experienced dizziness. Moreover, she also fell to the floor about 3 times (fall) and had a really hard time getting up (dysstasia). No treatment given for the events. At the time of reporting, the patient was recovering from all the events. The causal relationship between all the events and the suspect vaccine was not provided. Batch/Lot number is being requested and will be submitted if received.
