Symptom narrative

Patient called on 2/17/26 to report he is experiencing pain and weakness in the arm where he received the vaccine. He reports no heat or burning at the injection site, though there is a bruise, and no fever or full body aches or chills. There is some relief with ice and aspirin. Patient was advised to continue icing and use acetaminophen prn and to reach out again if not improved in a week or if there is any change or worsening of symptoms.
