- Experienced vertigo, characterized by a sensation of the room spinning when she opened her eyes - Fell to the left while attempting to go to the bathroom, followed by vomiting - Has been taking meclizine three times daily since 02/09/2026, which has provided some relief - Continues to experience nausea but has not vomited since 02/10/2026 patient taking Tylenol and meclizine, MD ordered Zofran and scopolamine patch
