Symptom narrative

Patients parents called this morning 02/18/2026 and stated they notice swelling on the left thigh Monday evening after receiving the vaccines that morning . Parents were instructed to come right in. The injection site was on the left thigh (at the top) it was swollen and warm to touch, no redness and was not painful to patient when touched. Patient was examined by the provider and given instructions to use cool compresses and Tylenol for pain
