No adverse reaction to patient. Phone call to patient's parent on 02/18/2026. Parent informed about patient inadvertently receiving MMRV vaccine at age 17 and per MD recommendations patient MMRV vaccine counts towards MMR and Varicella vaccine and dose does not have to be repeated. Parent verbalized understanding.
