Symptom narrative

Pt reported in a message that she received flu vaccine injection on 12/18/2025 and went to the ED on 1/20/2025 because of ongoing pain, swelling, and difficulty raising her arm since the injection. She was evaluating at Hospital and diagnosed with an infection in her muscle where the vaccine was administered.
