Symptom narrative

On 2/18/26, patient informed me that she had an allergic reaction to the Shingrix vaccine she received on 2/4/26. She stated her entire right arm was swollen, red and itchy for 10 days. She stated she was unable to scratch due to the discomfort. She stated she took Benadryl with little relief. She did not seek medical treatment. This was her first dose and she has decided not to proceed with the second dose.
