Symptom narrative

The patient experienced Syncope and vomit after vaccine administration by the Medical Assistant. The doctor was immediately called into the room to assess the patient. The patient was accompanied by father. Patient was aware of surroundings. Given emesis bag and water. Kept in the room for observation. The patient was discharged after recovery from adverse event Was able to walk, denied tinnitus symptoms, and fully alert Total adverse event time approximately 10minutes
